Renfrew, Calgary

Named for the overarching philosophy of “Live for Tomorrow – Today!”, this 39-unit boutique condominium located in the desirable community of Renfrew emphasized modern, clean design and smaller floor plans to appeal to a younger market. A shortened build time also allowed quicker possession for eager buyers.

The building features a maintenance-free exterior, underground parking, parkade storage lockers and attached balconies and patios. The 39 apartment homes range in size from 527 square feet to 979 square feet and average 732 square feet. Plans were offered in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom configurations with the majority of the suites being comprised of 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom and 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom floorplans.

Construction started in August of 2015 and occupancies commenced in September of 2016. All suites are now sold and occupied by enthusiastic purchasers.

Renfrew, Calgary

In July of 2012, Vericon successfully assembled two adjacent lots in Regal Terrace, an inner-city community sought after by home owners due to its proximity to the downtown core and host of area amenities. Working diligently with our architects and engineers, we designed and built a four-story apartment condominium building that stressed clean contemporary aesthetics and functionality but still exuded warmth and comfort.

Designed to cater to young urban professionals and “restart” empty nesters, a great deal of thought was devoted to formulating floor plans that were comfortable, efficient and affordable. The project consists of 43 apartments ranging in size from 637 square feet to 1,169 square feet and averaging 819 square feet. The completed homes feature 1-bedroom and den, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom configurations.

Construction started in October of 2013 and occupancies commenced in December of 2014. The condominium project was fully sold-out in July of 2015.
